| The First Baptist Church of Lometa is an extended family, not in theory only but in action. The older generation here is juggling commitments to family, professions, and faith admirably. They fill many leadership positions and offer flexible ways for people to serve. The younger generation feels welcome here because the atmosphere is stable, but accepting. The children in our midst are truly celebrated and taken seriously as members of the church family. Gathering with these people, the people of First Baptist, is a pleasure and a comfort. |
